I own 2 stainless steel Classic Commanders , in consecutive serial numbers I got lucky , but I owned an looked at a lot of 1911 before buying these an I must say they are the best 1911 I own , an that includes being better then my Kimber , well Kimber no more after buying these an shooting them I sold my Kimber to a friend because it didn't shoot as well as the Metro Arms 1911 ...Price Rating - Accuracy

Best I have owned. I have owned over 10 45's, and this is the best. That includes a 70 series Commander from Colt. If it were lighter it would be my EDC. Everyone knows that certain guns fit your eye, this one is it. No FTF's, perfect execution, I also own the Trophy but prefer the Commander.Price Rating
